How better to ensure that we are delivering on our promises than to solicit feedback, comments, and suggestions from our clientele. Thus, in early 2009, we created the Documedic Customer Jubilation Feedback Survey, which measures satisfaction in key areas: the quality of our work, responsiveness, professionalism, subject matter expertise, and adherence to cost and deadlines. We are thrilled to report that as of July 2011, every client has felt our services were good. Even better, a large chunk felt we were very good, and we exceeded expectations 73.2% of the time. No client has ever rated our services as poor. We intend to keep up the great work!
